Exchanges & Returns
We offer easy returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
Send us an email at service@lemonadedigitalmedia with your order number and what item you'd like to return or exchange. We'll guide you through the simple process.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers the return shipping cost. For items that are faulty or incorrect, we will cover the cost.
Refund
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. It may then take a few additional days for the amount to appear in your original payment method.
Yes, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the returned item(s). Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
